The keys to the apartment are stored in a code box. We will send you the instructions on how to open it 1 day before your arrival. In addition, you can make calls until 9PM. FROM 9 PM you can check in yourself.
The hotel day starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m.
The hotel day ends at 11.00. The keys should be placed in the locker in accordance with the instructions sent by us before check-in.
The apartment is cleaned and equipped with bed linen and towels. One main bed is prepared as standard, if there are more guests, bed linen and towels should be in the cabinets. Our apartments are prepared comfortably, toilet paper, a paper towel, cubes or dishwasher powder (if there is a dishwasher), dishwashing sponges, cloth, washing-up liquid are available.
Yes. Each apartment is fully equipped with min. iron, hair dryer, cutlery, pots. Guests spending time in our apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette at their disposal, equipped with the necessary things to prepare meals.
As standard, no additional fees are charged. All fees are included in the price as stated in the offer.
The price of the apartment depends on the number of people, the more people the higher the rental price.
The minimum rental period for an apartment is two hotel days (2 days).
Smoking is not allowed in all our apartments.
Staying with pets is possible after informing us about this fact in advance.
Free cancellation of the booking is possible up to 30 days before the start of the booking, after this time it is not possible to recover funds.
Yes, if the apartment is available earlier. Until the start of the hotel day (4:00 p.m.), the apartment may have a cleaning service and may not be prepared for your stay.
Yes, at the client’s request, we issue a VAT invoice at the end of the stay. Please inform us of this prior to your check-in.
The cost of delivering a new key to the apartment is PLN 300. The key can only be delivered between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.
