The rental period is valid from the date of your arrival in Krakow for the period of time you have declared in which you want to rent the apartment. The price of renting an apartment is specified in the offer on our website. The rental price includes rent, administrative rent and utilities. To reserve an apartment remotely, you only pay for reservations. After arriving in Krakow on the day of signing the contract, you pay a returnable deposit in cash, you pay the rent and administrative rent for the first month of rental to the owner’s bank account within 5 days, while the utilities are paid upon receipt of the bills. The deposit is returned on the last day of the rental and cannot be treated as a rent for the last month of the rental.
